Mrs. Sa Zeng is the CEO of R&E Cosmetics Laboratories. Having worked in the global cosmetics industry for over 20 years, she brings an innovative outlook to the US market. From hi-tech skincare to transformative hair treatments, her formulas can be found in every sector of beauty.

Sa has always been a scientist. With an MS in Chemistry and a Ph.D. in Pharmacology, her first career was as a professor of Pharmacology at Sun Yat-Sen University.

Sa is a member of The International Federation of Societies of Cosmetic Chemists’ (IFSCC). She is also a member of the International Federation of Aromatherapists (IFA) in the UK and holds an advanced Professional Aromatherapy Certificate from the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA) in the U.S.

Sa believes that there is nothing more elegant than nature. She marries her commitment to creating natural, botanical, and organic cosmetics with progressive biotech procedures. In China, she led the R&D department of the top cosmetics manufacturer. With over 100 chemists on her team, she created the country’s only national green cosmetics research and development center. While there, she was at the forefront of shifting the laws around animal testing, creating cruelty-free products long before the country was ready to move away from that controversial practice.

Under her direction, R&E Cosmetics Laboratories creates cutting edge formulas. Our premier creations include a line of highly efficacious lyophilized powders with a transdermal peptide delivery system, botanical solvents, an industrial-strength hand cleanser, and a full range of color cosmetics infused with essential oil.
